Pedreta is designed as a parallelepiped that leans forward to provide its service. This element stands out for its formal austerity and the simplicity with which it is installed on the ground, participating in the dialogue established with the benches or other elements in the same tone and material.

Originally designed for the rural gardens of the Schloss Dyck castle in the Rhineland, Germany, it was simultaneously installed in the public area surrounding the Agbar Tower in Barcelona.

Its geometry includes an opening in the concrete front that is used for waste disposal purposes and an inspection hole that occupies the entire rear plane, for emptying the waste from a plastic bin with a capacity of 50 litres.

Pedreta is a small litter bin made from dry mix concrete and with an etched stone finish, supplied in all the standard chart colours. The rear access door is hinged and has a triangular lock made of stainless steel. Inside it is a yellow high mass density polyethylene bin measuring 600 x 400 x 350 mm. The volume is self-standing, and required no anchoring elements due to its natural stability.
