Tao is a bench and chair series with a classical design. The structural combination of the cast aluminium support and the wooden planks inserted into the profile generates a much more resistant structure compared to other models.
From the division of this primordial unity, Tao, the initial duality of yin and yang is born, the female and male principle present at the root of all material expression, in this case evident in the two materials integrated into this collection.
The insertion of the planks into the aluminium supports generates a robust, sturdy structure that ensures the dimensional stability of the wood in the event of potential deformations. The combination of the height and inclination of the seat, along with the height of the back and arm rests come together to make the Tao bench and chair extremely comfortable.
The combination of a single support model and two FSC tropical wood plank cross sections allow for the assembly of the chair of 60 cm and the benches that are 180 cm in length with two supports, or a double bench with a length of 300 cm and three supports. Optionally, it incorporates GFRP planks in yellow or other colours, depending on the quantity. Self-stabilising and installed directly on the paving or anchored to it with 4 M10 x 100 mm screws fastened with resin.
