LEOPOLDO MILÁ

Leopoldo Milá began his career as technical director and designer at Montesa, creating iconic motorcycles like the Impala and Cota 247, both awarded by ADI-FAD. He later founded Polinax, designing metal fireplaces and collaborating with renowned designers. In 1984, he co-founded DAE, focusing on solar energy and urban furniture, earning further design awards. His standout creation, the Montseny Chair, revolutionized individual seating in public spaces. Milá’s work helped shape modern urban design in Spain.
