2. Intellectual and industrial property rights
2.1. ESCOFET as the author of the collective works, owns the rights to the exploitation of the intellectual and industrial property ofescofet.com, and is also the owner or has the corresponding licence over the rights to the intellectual, industrial and image property governing the contents avaliable through it.
2.2. Under no circumstances does the User's access and browsing imply relinquishment, transmission, licence loan, in part or in whole, of the rights held by ESCOFET.
2.3. Consequently, the deletion, avoidance or manipulation of the copyright notification and any other details identifying the rights of ESCOFET or its owners is strictly forbidden

4. Jurisdiction
