2015

A boundary and occasional seat, arranged in groups to create tense flows through the interaction of one drop with another

Goutte was originally designed to create small groups of seats in the gardens on each side of the “Serpentin” avenue that runs amidst the buildings of the Quartier Courtillières in Pantin, Seine-Saint-Denis. A well-known housing development, built by the architect Emile Aillaud in the 1950s.

Made of molded concrete with a etched and waterproof finish, available in colors according to Escofet's standard chart. It is designed to be anchored to the paving with two threaded M16 screws inserted and fastened with resin in holes. It has a sleeve at the top into which an eye bolt can be screwed in order to lift and move it with a sling.
