The intervention renews the building’s exterior envelope through a ventilated façade system composed of 404 UHPC concrete panels, 3 cm thick, with a painted finish and variable rectangular geometry, featuring panels of up to 258 cm.
The new architectural skin, light and precise, is supported by a continuous aluminum substructure that integrates thermal insulation, waterproofing, and fire protection systems, enhancing the building’s technical and energy performance.
