Gather

The Gather collection consists of a variety of modules made of UHPC-Slimconcrete that can be combined to create different configurations, including enclosed pocket spaces, straight benches, or seating around green islands.

Gather’s cross-section acts as the starting point for the collection. Its slender shape is shared across all five elements – concave, convex, linear, left, and right end limits – thus enabling complete modularity.

The profile’s design is elegantly reduced to its essence: a seat, a backrest, a headrest. This three-line shape merges into a central plinth in perfect equilibrium, conveying a sense of familiarity and ease, inducing its users to sit and rest. Gather’s cantilevered seat and headrest taper to reach just 40 mm on its outer edges, the kind of slender design that can only be achieved using UHPC-Slimconcrete.

Once all modules are linked together, they appear to float above the ground, and the profile’s lightweight character becomes clear. The range has been carefully designed to fully comply with universal accessibility guidelines, such as its 105º angle between seat and backrest, 45 cm seating height and depth, as well as a seating surface tilt of 8º for increased comfort.

Gather is available in four different concrete colours – grey, black, white, and beige – with a bespoke aluminium armrest.
