The new pedestrian plaza of the Explanada is a spacious area designed for the use and enjoyment of all citizens. This project has allowed the continuity of the emblematic promenade of Alicante, creating a more accessible and welcoming environment. The remodeling of the plaza has not only improved pedestrian connectivity but also revitalized the area with new green spaces, rest areas, and spaces for cultural and recreational activities.
The Petra benches, along with the Esfera planters and Buzz bins, not only beautify the area but also contribute to the pedestrianization and conditioning of the end of the Rambla.
