Designing sunshade, building public space

Climate adaptation is transforming the way we conceive and inhabit cities. In a context shaped by rising temperatures and the need to create more liveable urban environments, shade is becoming an essential infrastructure for collective well-being.

With this vision, we introduce a new category of urban furniture: pergolas and climate shelters designed to enhance environmental comfort and enrich the public space experience. Beyond providing solar protection, these elements create places for staying, gathering and social interaction, expanding the ways streets, squares and parks can be used and enjoyed.

Designed through the integration of architecture, landscape and industry, these systems embody an approach to urban design committed to the quality of public space and to building cities that are more resilient in the face of contemporary climate challenges.
